Where Does Dr Fairhall Consult?
Dr Fairhall provides specialist neurosurgical consultations at two locations:

Do I Need a Referral?
Yes. A valid referral from a GP or specialist is required for all appointments. This ensures we receive important background on your medical history and helps Medicare benefits apply to your consultation and treatment.
How Long Will It Take to Be Seen?
All referrals are triaged by clinical urgency.
- Urgent cases are prioritised for earlier appointments.
- Consultations are available in both Sydney and Wagga.
Please ensure your referring doctor includes relevant clinical information and imaging where possible.
Does Dr Fairhall See Public Patients?
Yes. Dr Fairhall sees both insured and some uninsured patients in private rooms. He also regularly consults with public patients at the St Vincent’s Public Hospital Outpatient Department.
Please note: Dr Fairhall does not currently see Worker’s Compensation patients in Sydney.
Is Parking Available?
Yes, convenient parking is available at:
- St Vincent’s Clinic Car Park: Entry via Boundary Street
- St Vincent’s Hospital Car Park: Entry via Victoria Street
Lift access is available from both car parks.
What Should I Bring to My Appointment?
To make the most of your consultation, please bring:
- Your GP or specialist referral
- Copies of any recent scans or imaging (or a list of where they were done)
- A complete list of medications and supplements, including dosages
- Your Medicare card and health fund details if privately insured
- A list of questions or concerns you’d like to discuss
